Shipping policy

Shipping to Canada is free for orders over $60 before taxes. A delivery fee of $8 in Quebec and $11 for the rest of Canada applies to all other orders.

A period of 2-3 business days may be required for the processing and shipping of your order.

Following the preparation of the package, delivery takes about 2-7 business days and delays are sometimes expected during heavy traffic periods.

Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.

Weather conditions, generalized inventory shortages, or even peak periods can lengthen delivery times.

If the customer makes a mistake in their address and the package is lost, Maison Olfa will not issue a refund. It is the customer’s responsibility to carry out checks and validate the information before placing the order.

Once the order is delivered by the carrier, Maison Olfa is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. No refund will be made. However, our team will carry out an investigation with the carrier in order to try to trace the package.

If the investigation confirms that theft is likely and the delivery details match the address provided when ordering, we may, at our discretion, return an identical order to the original. No modification of article will be possible.
