Refund policy

If one of our products does not suit you, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Returns are accepted according to the following criteria:

The product has not been used, opened or damaged.

Sale items are neither exchangeable nor refundable

When the return is received and inspected to our satisfaction, we will refund the cost of the product as well as the taxes on the card used at the time of payment. Delivery costs are not refundable under any circumstances. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the return conditions mentioned above.
